At Jones Family Farm, all of our dairy products come from sheep that naturally produce A2 protein milk, and that small difference makes a big impact.
So, what is A2 protein?
Milk has different types of protein, and one of them is called beta-casein.
Most milk on the shelf has a mix of A1 and A2 beta-casein, but our sheep only make A2.
Many people find A2 milk easier to digest, so if you’ve ever felt uncomfortable after drinking regular milk, A2 might just feel better for you. It’s still the same fresh, creamy, full-flavoured milk – just gentler on your tummy.
