Verified ownerThis is the best sheep cheese, absolutely delicious. Grates well, melts nicely in toasties or sauces, great to cook with or eat on its own. Does everything cow cheese does.
Verified ownerAll cheeses were packed with flavourful, I loved the peppered Havarti that had a great hit of pepper. The Chilli Havarti could have had more Chilli, it was very mild. Beautiful cheese from the humble sheep. The only disappointment was the ordering system that lost my order, when I rang and left a message no one rang me back, same with emailing , no one replied. I finally got a reply when I posted on FB about my dilemma.
