These awards are a celebration of what can be achieved when passion and craft come together.
Our four gold-winning cheeses are:
🧀 Creamy Havarti – This cheese is rich and smooth with a great tang and a buttery flavour.
🧀 Peppered Havarti – A smooth, creamy Havarti with an added kick from its peppery outer layer.
🧀 Classic Gouda – A full-bodied and flavoursome cheese with a mildly sweet, nutty flavour hinting of caramel and butter.
🧀 Aged Cheddar – A cheese with a wonderfully crumbly texture and a robust flavour profile with a sharp bite.
Our passion for crafting exceptional sheep milk products is at the heart of what we do, and it’s incredibly humbling to see our dedication recognised by such a distinguished panel of judges. This year, the awards were judged by culinary experts Tania Walters, Ben Bayly, Danielle Lendich, Simon Gault, Mike Shatura, and Caitlan Mitchell.
